To ensure a smooth and secure deletion process, please confirm the following conditions: 1.1 Your account currently has no pending payments, outstanding refunds, or unresolved support tickets. 1.2 There are no active restrictions, policy violations, or disputes linked to your account status. 1.3 You have saved or backed up any personal data or purchase records you wish to retain. 1.4 You fully understand that account deletion is a permanent action and cannot be reversed.
Once your request is successfully processed: 2.1 All personal information, including your profile data, watch history, favorites, and preferences, will be permanently removed. 2.2 You will lose access to all features, active subscriptions, and content associated with your FlickShort account. 2.3 You will be unable to sign in again using the same credentials. 2.4 If you wish to use FlickShort in the future, you will be required to create a completely new account.
After receiving your deletion request, our system will verify your account eligibility. The complete deletion process typically requires up to 15 business days. Once the process is initiated, data removal from our servers is automatic and irreversible.
Certain circumstances may delay or prevent immediate deletion, including: 4.1 Ongoing legal investigations or mandatory data retention requests from government authorities. 4.2 Accounts with unresolved financial obligations, debts, or chargebacks. 4.3 Scenarios where applicable laws require us to retain specific transaction or tax records.
